Trigger Bow Hidden Screws
It came to me in the AM while working a problem posed to me by Mr. Joey Bojalad of how best to design fixed but removable teeth and dentures how the age old problem of Hidden Trigger Bow Screws on shotguns and rifles could be solved.
For centuries in the Gun Trade we have been using oversize screws on high grade shotguns and rifles. These oversize screws had to be filed to fit and only one screw would fit the slot for which it was intended. Then the screw was engraved, blued and ooops, a slip of the Turnscrew and there it went. Ruined. Or the screw broke when tightened. Then a new screw had to be made only to find like yesterday on a gun from our Dealer, Fine Firearms that the new screw doesn’t index the same or is offset. Now we have a job. Such adjustments are very time consuming and cost you the manufacturer MONEY.
Well, I think we have come to the end of that problem when you use a Joseph Brazier Trigger Bow with Crown Screws. Not only do they save you time and money but a hundred can be engraved at once making final assembly a snap. Stockmakers too will be much relieved as making and filing screws for stock jobs slows down the delivery of the job.
So when you figure out the best way is Joseph Brazier when it comes to inovative parts, place an order and make life easier…..Oh, the teeth? Well, I am backed up with inventions for patent right now. You are just going to have to wait…But it would be a good time to have the “Archival Teeth” process performed just in case you need them replaced in the future….The problem is I just invented that too? Play with the Trigger Bows and I will get back to you on your teeth.
