Precision Gun Stock and Wood Cutting Services
for all firearms - antique, modern, past and present

Joseph Brazier has a new Bacci Sharp CNC machine that can cut to a tolerance of 0.001 of an inch. The end result is a repeatable and exact reproduction of any pattern in wood of any type. We produce custom gun stocks, shotgun stocks with custom grips and dimensions, forends, double rifles in over and under or side by side, bolt action rifles, pistols in revolver, automatic or percussion pistols; musket rifles and shotguns, including wheel lock and others.

Our gunstock manufacturing process allows for both one-off or mass production runs and our precision cutting methodology yields gunstocks created to the highest precision possible today.

Because our CNC gun stocks come off our machinery in a nearly finished state, total production time is drastically reduced compared to conventional methods. Some small areas of wood are left to support fragile areas in the cutting process that must be removed by hand. Finish can be a Best Finish which is approx. 5 micron and can range to a rougher finish of approx. 20 micron - which takes less time and is preferred by stockmakers; cutting costs even further.

An example of a new gunstock - fresh off the machine and touched for the first time by a human hand.

We can also produce, wood tables, wood chairs, wood cabinets, and wooden accessories for cleaning cases, gun cases and all manor of other fine wood products.
